Have you seen how many toothpaste choices at in the aisle at the grocery store? There are too many. When choosing a paste, keep it simple. “Cavity Protection” or “Sensitivity” paste is really all you need. More additives in toothpaste advertise whitening, tartar control or other combination of benefits, generally increase the abrasiveness of the paste which results in more sensitivity and wear.
