Dr. Julie Ku graduated from the University of California, Berkley, with an undergraduate in Biological Sciences. She completed her dentistry program at the University of Southern Califonia with honors. Dr. Ku is happily married to her husband, James, and is the loving mother of their son Nathan.

James and Julie Ku are wonderful dentists. I have always had anxiety at dental visits, but the kind staff and assistant helped me relax. Dr. Ku, as well, was very kind. I'll start by saying I dread going to the dentist because of my overly active gag reflex. Dr. Ku and his staff are VERY accommodating and patiently and comfortably get the job done. I've had two crowns put on by him and appreciate all he did to make sure I could get a proper mold and crown setting without discomfort. I'd definitely recommend him.
I didn't initially choose Dr. Ku....I became his patient when my previous dentist retired, so there's always some trepidation when one is paired with a doctor/dentist you don't personally pick. From my 1st appointment, his professionalism, humor, kindness and excellent dental work made me so glad he was my dentist. A wonderful practice - all employees are super!
I do not usually write recommendations. In this case I have to share an amazing Dentist I found in Albuquerque. Charismatic Dr. Ku maintains the cleanest, pain free, most hi tech dental practice I have ever experienced. For the first time I had my teeth cleaned with “0” discomfort. I never experienced pain when Dr Ku performed complex dental procedures. Dr. Ku, a highly accomplished professional, is adept at all dental procedures to include root canals, bone grafts and other oral surgeries. His staff is well trained, personable and you feel Dr. Ku and his staff actually care about your long-term welfare. His equipment is beyond state of the art resulting in an expedient and comprehensive diagnosis. The beautiful office is spotless. With Dr. Ku as my dentist, I know I am in good hands and will be healthier in the future.
